Patrick Morrissy
Patrick Morrissy is a founder of National Housing Instutute and Shelterforce. He is the executive director of HANDS, Inc. leading a collaborative in and around Newark, NJ called Operation Neighborhood Recovery. HANDS is purchasing pools of mortgages and REO properties and redeveloping them with five neighborhood based CDCs and local investors.
