COMMUNITYMATTERS09 will showcase communities from across the country that have found innovative ways to manage growth, involve citizens in decision-making, and protect their Heart & Soul. We will build on the interactive learning that occurred in Burlington, VT during COMMUNITYMATTERS07 and in Denver during PLACEMATTERS06.
