    The 2009 New Jersey Planning Conference Hosted by American Planning Association New Jersey Chapter & The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University is a two-day event attracting hundreds of key planners, and elected local and state officials. Keynote address given by Anthony Flint, author of Wrestling with Moses: How Jane Jacobs Took on New York’s Master Builder and Transformed the American City (Random House). Flint will address trends in planning, infrastructure, density, and NIMBYism as cities confront the challenges of energy and climate change.
